By purchasing a ticket for yourself or on the behalf of others, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the following: Your decision to have access to our campuses establishes an agreement to indemnify Friendly Temple and its subsidiaries against, and hold FTMBC, RFD, FTH, its members, managers, agents, subsidiaries and affiliates, and their officers and directors, harmless from, any damages, claims, liabilities, and costs, including attorneys' fees and litigation or arbitration expenses, of any kind or nature whatsoever which may arise from your negligence or failure to follow such guidelines presented by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, State, County, and City regulations.
